The differences between services offering from customer service are their idiosyncratic characteristics exist. The meaning of productivity differentiates from efficiency and operation because both identify some glitches in measuring productivity, especially in a service setting, (Johnston Jones, 2004, p.3-4). They also examined the relationship between operational and customer productivity.
